In the memory of Lucio Dalla, the Brotherhood of SS. Rosary of Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, on the eve of Christmas 2015, will host the event of the exchange of Christmas greetings with friends of Sant'Agata, Massa Lubrense, Sorrento, Sant'Agnello, Piano di Sorrento, Meta and Vico Equense. The gathering will take place on 3rd December at 5.30pm, at the Brotherhood of the SS. Rosary in Piazza Sant’Agata, in Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi. The occasion for the event is the screening of the documentary film by Raffaele Lauro, “Lucio Dalla e Sorrento - Places of the Soul” (54’, with English subtitles). The guests will be welcomed by Giulio Iaccarino, the Prior of the Bortherhood. Literary critic Riccardo Piroddi will introduce the documentary. The event will be concluded with the speech by Raffaele Lauro. “Lucio Dalla - said Lauro - nourished a genuine devotion for the Holy Christmas, which manifested itself with a passion for the nativity crib art popular in Naples and the Sorrentine Peninsula, also as a collector. Every year in December, he couldn't miss visiting San Gregorio Armeno in Naples to buy pastors for the crib, and attended crib exhibitions held in Sorrento and San martino valle Caudina.
