Lauro: Massimo Bratto was a courageous person, an irreplaceable friend, a professional of integrity, who honoured Capri and Anacapri.
The death of Massimo Bratto hurts me and tears me apart to the depths of my soul, because with him I lose an irreplaceable, loyal, intelligent and brave friend, who was close to me, uninterruptedly, from the high school years in Sorrento, up until today, with the affection of a son and with the grace of a gentleman of another era. The passion he put into political battles, for justice, for fairness and for correctness, turned in form of his beloved mission of a paediatrician in Capri and Anacapri, into tender love for children, to whom he dedicated all his human and professional energy. I am mourning him together with his wife Pina, his children, Andrea and Tommaso, and all his family, remembering in this time of suffering the many wonderful days spent together, at the discovery of the Blue Island, which was rooted in his heart.
